He has since gone local and is gathering like minded souls together in the St. Cloud metro area to unite around their shared progressive values of empathy and responsibility. The St. Cloud DFLPC chapter intends to be issues centered, planning community issues forums, town hall meetings, kitchen table discussions and other opportunities to educate Central Minnesotans of every nature about true progressive values and the issues that symbolize those values.

Issues addressed will include, single payer universal health care, leaving a carbon free footprint, sustainable local economies, electoral reform and integrity, cultivating a culture of World Peace, and refocusing public education. We will also work on other major issues that we determine as a group are vital, as well as important local issues such as responsible development along the Northstar Corridor and transportation gridlock in the St. Cloud metro area.

In addition to being a chapter leader, Ric is available statewide to present seminars for progressives and progressive organizations on the "Science of Framing" and the importance of using resonant language to change hearts and minds. Contact him to organize a forum in your area.
